Polar Property Group Limited were established in January 2020 and are a property investment business, whom invest in and develop property around the UK.
Despite being a new startup company, we consider ourselves to have a wealth of experience and knowledge within the real estate market. Our careers both in real estate and business has allowed us to understanding the investment market, and in turn has enabled us to analyse which strategies to utilise in order for us to maximise returns from our investments.
Jon Ho Lee MRICS

Jon Ho has been working in the property industry since 2011, having previously achieved a degree in Real Estate Management at Nottingham Trent University.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is working in property investment and valuation for one of the top three property consulting firms, providing advice on behalf of some of the UK's largest REITS and Funds.
In his free time, Jon Ho's interests include rugby, golf and skiing. He is also an avid supported of Northampton Saints Rugby Club and Liverpool FC.
Henry Regan

If Henry isn’t wearing a bow tie, it means that it’s going to rain. He loves to talk and is extremely proud that this skill has allowed him to help numerous businesses develop and grow far beyond their previous targets.
He has been learning Flemish for a while now and probably has the language skills of a 6 year old.
When he isn’t in the office, Henry can normally be found playing with his newly born daughter, on the golf course and also probably adding to his beer review Instagram which is followed by a strangely large number of people.
